My name is Robyn.

Who I am depends on who you ask. To my husband I am a wife. We have been married for 22 years. He is my best friend.

To my kids I am mom, mommy, mama, momomomommommom… I have six of them… ranging in age from 6 years to 31 years, five girls and one boy. We also have four grand kids.. who are all awesome of course.

I have many interests that I never can spend as much time on as I would like. I love photography, and have been taking pictures since before digital cameras. Sometimes I am paid. I take pictures every chance i get. I see every thing through the lens of a camera in my minds eye. I love music. I sing passably, and I have played guitar for many years. I like to write in my spare time.. whatever that is….

Right now I am on an educational journey. A long time a little girl wanted to become a teacher, and then life happened. I finally managed to graduate high school with honours and was class valedictorian.. at 28 years old.. I went back to show my then pre-teen girls how important getting an education is. We moved to Regina with a plan to go to the University of Regina so I could pursue education, but once again life has a way of throwing curve balls. Instead, my husband and I who had no children of our own had three.. I ended up as a stay at home mom. Finally with my smallest kids in school I have the opportunity to pursue what I have dreamed of doing since I was that little girl playing school room. I began my university education in Sept. 2018 with the goal of becoming a K- p5 teacher. I believe education is a life-long journey. I am about to prove it.
